    I love looking at the pictures, and like having the name and location, but wonder if a basic descriptor could be added – tender perennial, deciduous shrub, etc.

    I agree. I see these amazing plants and, like most gardeners/collectors, want one too. I’d also be interested in where it came from (country of origin, historical references, hybridizers, etc).
