Virtual Gentle Slow Flow Yoga – Winter Series
February 15, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
FreeEvery Tuesday, Jan. 11 through March 8, 2022 from 11 am to 12 pm
Join local yoga teacher and Scott Arboretum Youth, Family, and Diversity Programs Coordinator Mandie Curtis Banks for a virtual gentle slow flow yoga class. Each week’s practice will focus on a different Scott Arboretum garden or tree/plant that is in its seasonal glory. Be inspired by nature themes and a gorgeous garden virtual backdrop as you participate in the comfort of your home. You can expect to move your body in a gentle, comfortable way with an emphasis on safe alignment and yoga sequencing that integrates breath and meditative techniques.
Registration is free and only needs to be done once for the entire series, but you must be a member of Scott Arboretum. Please click here to become a member.
