Tu B’Shevat at Scott Arboretum

FREECome celebrate the Jewish “New Year of the Trees” at the Scott Arboretum. Join Rabbi Michael Ramberg and Scott Arboretum’s Sue MacQueen in an exciting afternoon celebrating the rebirth of trees. The event will start with a campus walk, followed by a service led by Rabbi Ramberg. Participants will get to try traditional foods eaten on Tu B’Shevat such as pomegranate, figs, and dates. To end the evening, we will plant bitter herb seeds to grow in preparation for Passover.
Online registration is closed. Walk-ins are welcome.
This event will take place in the Wister Center. Families are encouraged to participate. Email us if you have accessibility needs for this program.
