Virtual Gentle Flow Yoga in the Garden

Free for membersNature and yoga are a perfect match! Combine the healing power of nature and the mindful practice of yoga by joining local yoga teacher and Scott Arboretum Youth, Family, and Diversity Programs Coordinator Mandie Curtis Banks for a gentle slow flow yoga class. You can expect to move your body in a gentle, comfortable way with an emphasis on safe alignment and yoga sequencing that integrates breath and meditative techniques.

For first-time registrants, registration must be received two days in advance of class.
Mandie Curtis Banks is the Youth, Family, and Diversity Programs Coordinator at the Scott Arboretum. She has had a career in the arts, education, and wellness fields for over 23 years and has taught and coordinated performing arts and yoga classes in several local schools and organizations. Mandie holds a B.A. in Theatre from West Chester University, an Elementary Education Teaching Certificate from Moravian College, and yoga teacher certifications in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Children’s Mindfulness and Yoga, and Postnatal Yoga training.
