Drive On Your Own: Garden Moments Under the Spanish Chestnut

Visit lush gardens nestled on the property of a two-century-old farmhouse featuring a spectacular Spanish chestnut specimen. Garden owners Marcia and Paul Spoor have developed this property over the past 20 years, beginning with truckloads of leaf mulch and transplanting hundreds of plants from their former residence. Paul designed and installed the walkways, terraces, and stone walls utilizing a variety of stone types, and Marcia has complemented the hardscape with inviting archways and unique container plantings. Experience the quaint sitting areas to relax and observe the abundance of flora tucked amongst the mature landscape. Garden is located in Media, PA.
